Shipping Policy

We process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days after order confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on your location:

Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange is allowed if:
  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Size issue (for stitched suits)
Exchange is NOT allowed if:
  • Item has been worn, washed, or altered
  • Tags have been removed
  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery
  • Item was purchased on sale
How to Exchange:
  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email
  2. Share your order number and photos of the item
  3. Our team will confirm your exchange request within 24 hours
  4. Ship the item back to us
Important — Shipping Cost:The customer is responsible for paying their own delivery charges when sending the item back to us for exchange. Al-Huda Fabric will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item sent back to you.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions.

Return is allowed if:
  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item is significantly different from what was shown on the website
Return is NOT allowed if:
  • Item has been worn, washed, or altered
  • Tags have been removed
  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery
  • Item was a customized/made-to-measure order
  • Item was purchased during a sale
Please Note — Customized Orders:Customized suits are made specifically according to your provided measurements and preferences. Therefore, customized orders are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect on our part.
How to Return:

  3. Our team will review and confirm your return request within 24–48 hours
  4. Ship the item back to us

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
